Welfare Café Private Parties

The historical facilities, grounds and distinctive design of Welfare are ideally suited for a wide range of private events. Functions may be scheduled on available dates.

The Café and the Goat Barn incorporate both inside and outside areas, each with its own special ambience. There is no rental charge for the café or arbor; however a minimum expenditure for food and beverage must be met in order to schedule a private party. The Goat Barn has a usage fee and ranges from $400 to $1500. Whichever facility you choose, we will cater all food and beverages, with the exception of specialty cakes, and provide staff for your event.
